Overall Responsibility:
With a professional but personable attitude towards customer care, you will provide housekeeping and domestic house cleaning services and some office cleaning, to very high standards as well as home help cleaning to residents in their own homes.

Role Details:
Wearing the Sunny Rain uniform, you will be working to tight deadlines and strict cleaning practices, you will be providing high quality house cleaning to a range of clients.
You must be reliable, punctual and able to prioritise tasks with a pro-active approach. You must also be able overcome challenges with a can do attitude.
Good communication skills are a must and you should be comfortable being around different kinds of animals.
As well as cleaning the way you will be trained, you are also required to carry out additional tasks as and when needed, such as taking the bins out, cleaning rubbish from a driveway or garden and going to get groceries for a client.
To fulfil this role, you must also be flexible towards working demands and available for additional hours as and when needed.
Key areas of Responsibility:
Delivering our cleaning service to clients to the Sunny Rain standards
• Making sure client happiness and satisfaction is maintained at all times by providing exceptional customer care
• Fulfilling additional tasks for clients if required
• Maintain good communication between clients and management
• Abide by health and safety rule
Consults with:
• Staff Management Officer, Office Manager, other Team Members and Clients
Term of employment: Permanent, part-time
Days:
Various days, Monday to Friday with some Saturday and Sunday work as required
Hours:
Various i.e. Monday to Friday between 9-9:30 am to 2-3 pm depending. Weekly hours will depend on circumstances. I.e. 6 hrs a week, 10 hours a week, 16 hours a week etc. Can work around school times.
Experience:
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Cleaning experience preferred but not essential as training is given
• Proactive with a good attitude to working procedures
• Ability to prioritise tasks while working to tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate on all levels from client liaison to upper management
Essential Requirements:
• Hold a current drivers licence
• Have own transport
• Good conversational English
• Have the right to work in the UK
