What sort of hours can you do house cleaning? 

Our standard office hours are 9 am to 5 pm and we have a fixed hourly price for a domestic house cleaning service between these hours. Our domestic house cleaners in Romford are flexible and we aim to provide the home cleaning service you require and at a time that is convenient to you. Do you guarantee the quality of your house cleaning service? 

We always aim to provide a premier domestic house cleaning service and our home cleaners are trained to our own house cleaning standards. We wouldn’t say we offer a guarantee but we will discuss your concerns regarding the quality of the cleaning that was carried out. We will always rectify any issue as best we can as long as we are notified with 24 hours of the house cleaning being done, even if that means a house cleaner returns to re-clean the part of the service in question.


Do you have insurance and check house cleaner’s references etc.? 

All of our domestic house cleaners are fully insured by us and trained to the Sunny Rain HouseKeepers Cleaning standards. All of our house cleaners are directly employed us meaning we are legally obliged to carryout certain checks. We also obtain a DBS certificate for each home cleaning staff member. We do not use an agency for staff and we are not a referral house cleaning service. This means we know exactly who our staff are and assure you that, if they were not honest and reliable, then they would not be working for Sunny Rain HouseKeepers.


Can I choose the day I want for the house cleaning service? 

This depends. We do try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to the domestic house cleaning schedules and try to fulfill cleaning requests.
You wouldn’t want to be messed around with your home cleaning by us so to avoid possible issues, we will work with you to find a suitable day/time. There is no harm in asking us about the particular day and time you would like your house cleaning done, and as stated, we will do our best to meet your requirements.


Will I have to be at home when you clean my house? 

We do not require you to be home when our domestic house cleaner comes to clean but we would need to make arrangements so that we can get access to your home.
We would either need a key and other security details like alarms etc., if applicable, or as an example, a key can be left with a neighbour. Access for when cleaning is to be carried out, is always something we will discuss with you when booking in your domestic house cleaning service.
All keys and other security details such as an alarm code or fob are collected and returned daily as needed and looked away securely. 


Are there any cancellation fees or other charges? 

We do have certain terms in place to protect us, our domestic house cleaners and of course you, the client.
We are a professional domestic house cleaning service provider and it is important for us to have things in place, but our terms are very fair and unless you mess us around, there will be no fees or charges apart from the hourly rate agreed with you.
We do not have any hidden fees or charges and provide them openly on our website and upon request. We also do not ask you to sign a contract.
We are a service business built on trust. The most we ask for any cancellation, is that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice, excluding weekends. I.e. Letting us know at 4 pm Friday is only 1 hours notice (we close weekdays at 5 pm and open 9 am Monday). If it is possible to make changes to our schedule with this short notice then we will accommodate your request but this will be at managements discretion.


Will I need to have cleaning products available for your cleaners? 

At Sunny Rain HouseKeepers, we carry all the house cleaning products needed to carry out the domestic house cleaning you require. It’s all included in the hourly price. There is no need to have a cleaning product at home as we will always carry our own tried and tested cleaning products, which we feel gets the best cleaning results. However, if there is a certain product you would like us not to use, such as bleach for example, just inform us and we will substitute it for an alternative and we are able to use your products if you prefer but this does not alter our price..
