Keep Your Home Office Clean Like a Pro

Many of us spend a lot of our working week sat behind a desk, for now that might be at home away from the office and its commercial cleaners . You might think your desk is tidy but germs and bugs can be found everywhere in your workspace. Hiding under the stack of papers or amongst the old coffee cups and of course there are the bugs lurking in your keyboard.

Keeping a Clean Home Office is harder than it looks!

Did you know that the average office desk contains 400 times more germs than a toilet seat . That’s 800 bacteria per square inch!

Interestingly, which bugs grow can be different depending on the local environment – and certain environments can breed some pretty nasty bacteria. So, whether you're scrubbing down your desk in Timbuktu or you're just doing a bit of office cleaning in Cambridge , it pays to know what you're doing; follow this guide, and you'll be a pro in no time.

Why keep my desk clean?

If the risk of stomach bugs and coronavirus doesn’t motivate you, then I am not sure what will.

Things You’ll Need

• Antibacterial wipes: these are the modern miracle of office cleaning! If you prefer the traditional way, a good jay cloth will do the job, though micro-fibre cloths are defiantly better.

• Cotton swabs: ideal for getting into those tiny nooks on your keyboard

• Compressed air: Now we know not everyone is going to have this at home but it is useful for clearing out dust from hard to get to spaces

• Cleaning agent: a good quality cleaning spray will ensure your desk is disinfected. Again a great alternative is Water and white vinegar, it does the job better than almost anything – add a dash of lemon juice to help improve the smell.

Areas to be Disinfected

Keyboards

Every day our fingers clatter away on our keyboards, spreading all the germs we've picked up on our travels. It's hardly surprising that 96% of keyboards in one study were contaminated with potentially harmful bacteria , such as E. Coli and the antibiotic-resistant MRSA! But you don’t have to be a commercial cleaner to get rid of these bugs.

Shake your keyboard over a bin to remove any crumbs stuck inside. Use compressed air to clean any remaining crumbs then use a cotton swab to run through the crevices – dip the swab in a cleaning agent. Finally Wipe the keyboard down with an antibacterial wipe or a damp cloth but remember not to make it too wet or else the moisture will affect the keyboard.

Mouse

Follow similar steps as described for the keyboard, however, remember to remove the batteries before cleaning. If you've got a touchpad on your laptop, be careful not to use too much cleaning liquid, as this can damage the laptop.

Phones

Your phone and headset both pass from hand to mouth, meaning any bacteria can easily lead to infections. It also harbours bacteria from your saliva. One study found your mobile has ten times more bacteria than most toilet seats, and you wouldn’t put your face near one of those!

If your phone has a case, remove and set aside (remember to turn your phone off). Only use an antibacterial wipe or a cloth that is not abrasive, wipe down all the sides of your phone, paying close attention to any buttons or ports. Wash phone case thoroughly and set aside to dry.

Desk and Screens

The same as with your phone screen you need to be careful when cleaning an LCD screen as chemical cleaners and some cleaning cloths can damage them. Instead, use a microfiber cloth with a small amount of diluted soap and water to clean the screen.

For your desk, wipe down with an antibacterial wipes/cloth and cleaning agent. Make sure to remove all the clutter beforehand.

We will maintain the two meter social distancing rule as best as we can while carrying out your domestic house cleaning, and ask politely that you isolate in a room if at all possible while our domestic house cleaner carries out the home cleaning.

Then when safe to do so, our house cleaner will let you know that it is safe to move to a different room so that the cleaner can complete your house clean.

We would also appreciate it if once you answer and open the front door upon the house cleaners arrival, you step back inside your home and allow our domestic cleaner in, who will then close the door behind them.

This way, we can all do our best to try and keep to the two meter rule as best as possible, and it helps protect you and reduces the risk of spreading the virus to other clients and our own households.

Personal sanitisation

But most importantly, before our domestic house cleaner enters your home to clean in a safe manner, they carry out a personal sanitisation procedure which sees them disinfect their cleaners bag as well as their selves.

COVID 19, Home Cleaning and Personal Sanitisation Advice from Sunny Rain

The health of both our clients and our team members remains our highest priority. We are still closely following the advice of the Government and Public Health England, even though Sunny Rain HouseKeepers has suspended its services in full until further notice, in the interests of public health.

We introduced further measures to minimise the impact COVID-19 may have possibly had on your health before we suspended our services temporarily. But just because we have ceased our activities until further notice, does not mean we are not able to still try and help you.

How can we do that if we are not currently trading?

Well, the measures we implemented and that our house cleaning staff carried out could help protect you and your family around your home and others when you must go out.

Personal and Home Sanitisation

Washing your hands more often than usual and every time before you go out and when you return home is more important than ever, as is the minimum time of cleaning your hands for 20 seconds, ensuring you wash them correctly.

You should have already been washing your hands before, during and after preparing and eating food and now, because of the coronavirus covid-19, you should even be washing your hands after moving around your own home.

Be aware of the importance of sanitising strategic areas of your home more deeply, such as frequently touched places, to reduce the chances of catching the coronavirus covid-19.

Your standard house cleaning products are suitable for cleaning your home frequently. Clean and then disinfect objects and surfaces that are touched regularly.

The certain surfaces that should be cleaned regularly in your home are the areas such as kitchen worktops, taps, door handles and the surrounding areas such as door frames. Most people when opening and or closing a door won’t just touch the handle!

Light switches and window latches etc. are also important, as are bathrooms and the toilets in your home. These areas are all important places to clean. They are used and touched often.

After cleaning each of these areas in your home, they should then also be disinfected, or an anti-bacterial spray applied. It's important to leave the disinfectant/anti-bac spray on the surface for the recommended time as stated by the maker, to ensure that the cleaning product works correctly and kills the germs.

You can also sanitise yourself as you leave your home, after getting of a bus and even after leaving a shop too.

How? Well apart from the hand washing, (hand sanitiser for your hands when outside, if you can get some), you can follow the methods our house cleaners used, including disinfecting your clothes by spraying yourself down with disinfectant. Be sure not to breathe it in or get it on your skin.

This will help you not to spread the coronavirus covid-19 in case you have it and show no symptoms, helping to protect the wider public and also, it can help to protect your family when you return home, ensuring any coronavirus that you may have pick up on your clothes is killed off before you enter.

Is packaging safe? Packaging and Coronavirus COVID-19

More is being spoken about this on the mainstream news so start to follow this advice for extra protection against COVID-19

According to a new study from the National Institutes of Health, CDC, UCLA and Princeton University scientists in The New England Journal of Medicine , the virus that causes coronavirus covid-19 is stable for several hours to days in aerosols and on surfaces.

This article should be taken with a degree of caution, as the coronavirus covid-19 may or may not be able to infect you from packaging, clothing etc. but being cautious will not harm you.

A suggestion, and one that I am personally doing, is to remove outer packaging of letters and parcels, discard it carefully and then immediately wash your hands. This is a good practice to get into and it decreases the risk of catching covid-19, if it does turn out to be infectious from items such as letters through the post.

As for food packaging, it may be hard to remove and discard depending on what the item is, so a way around this is to use an antibacterial wipe or an anti-bacterial spray, sprayed on to a cloth. Wipe over the packaging and leave it for the recommended time the manufacturer states, then wipe over with a damp cloth before putting the item away.

This may sound like hard work to some but it is not hard to be cautious, especially during this serious pandemic.

Getting rid of your rubbish

Your normal rubbish can be disposed of in the usual way but if a case of covid-19 is suspected, such as if one has symptoms in your home, any disposable cleaning cloths should be placed in a bag and tied and then placed in another bag and tied again.

A sticker should be placed on all double bagged, potentially contaminated rubbish, marked 'stored' with the date.

This should be stored in a safe place for three days before being discarded. If a case of covid-19 is confirmed, contact your healthcare team to find out how to discard of the potentially contaminated rubbish.

It's really important you do not put this waste out with the usual rubbish for weekly collection until the waste has been stored for at least 72 hours or found out what to do with it if coronavirus covid-19 is confirmed within your household.

To finish

The NHS states the warning symptoms as a high temperature and a new, continuous cough .

I would also like to make you aware that the, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention , states symptoms are a fever, cough and shortness of breath. They also state emergency warning signs are, and to seek medical attention immediately, if you develop trouble breathing, persistent pain or pressure in the chest, or confusion amongst other symptoms.

It is or is not clear what the worrying signs to look out for are but be mindful that you may have covid-19 with none or little symptoms at all and they (the minor symptoms) may not necessarily be listed above. The important thing is to stay as safe as you possibly can by keeping your house clean and disinfected and take the necessary precautions if you must go out.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - Sunny Rain Temporary Suspend Its Services Due To Coronavirus COVID-19 - Effective immediately – 23rd March 2020

Due to the importance of protecting our clients and our staff and taking on board the advice of the government in protecting the wider public and emergency service personnel by practicing social distancing, I have taken the difficult decision to temporary cease the service we provide our clients with immediate effect.

This advice is for everyone in the country to try and ensure their wellbeing and that of their loved ones. This advice applies to me, you, and everyone. So I urge you, if you are not already, to please take notice and stay in your home unless it’s absolutely necessary for you to go out. And when you do go out, to practice personal sanitisation, both as you leave your home and when you return, and social distancing.

Although this measure is temporary, no one yet knows how long temporary is going to be.

At Sunny Rain HouseKeepers, we have been constantly following COVID-19 from outbreak to pandemic, and throughout we have been taking information on-board, constantly changing our contingency plans and retraining our staff as well as keeping clients informed where needed, but we feel that now is the time we need to do more to protect our clients and our staff and we can only do that by distancing ourselves.

With that said, please let Cassie or Terry know if you need desperate help due to not having family or friends close by and we will do our best to personally provide you with the help you need or advice. This can be due to having to self-isolate or a disability that limits your movements or a health condition that states you should stay at home no matter what.

Additional Sanitisation at Sunny Rain HouseKeepers Fighting COVID-19

At Sunny Rain HouseKeepers, we continue to monitor the government’s response to the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic and review our procedures on a daily basis.

The health of both our clients and our team members remains our biggest priority. Listening to what the government advises, we have introduced more measures to minimise the impact COVID-19 may have on you and our staff. We are also taking extra precautions to minimise cross-contamination.

With this, we have implemented even more precautionary measures we take which helps protect us and you before entering your home.

Taking note that our cleaning equipment will have already been sanitised as normal, the additional steps we will take to reduce the chances of infection and cross contamination are;

We will sanitise ourselves and our cleaners bag as we leave our homes which includes disinfecting our clothes
We will ensure that each time we sanitise ourselves, we get each layer of our top clothing. I.e. coat, fleece, sweater, t-shirt
We will sanitise ourselves and our cleaners bag each time we get of public transport, leave a shop and before entering your home
Before we do enter your home, we will also sanitise our hands and then put on a face mask correctly and then put on gloves
We will keep all disposable materials used to clean your home securely tied in a bag and then bagged up and tied again. This waste will be removed from your home and stored for 72 hours in line with government guidelines
When we leave your home, we will sanitise ourselves and our cleaners bag, remove our mask and then sanitise our hands
If at any point during cleaning we need to change our mask, we will do so away from you and in a controlled manner following our procedures

It’s important to keep washing your hands and washing them correctly.

You should wash your hands before leaving home and when you return home and if at all possible, wash them regularly while you are out or use a hand sanitiser if possible.

This situation we are in is serious. Dangerously serious and it is affecting us all. One person’s actions could infect someone else and without even realising it. Don’t let this be you. And there is no need to stock pile food and other supplies. The most anyone needs is two weeks’ worth of food and toiletries. What the hell are these people going to do with the rest?

Please, please take heed of the government’s advice on social distancing .

If we all work together we can reduce crowded contact and slow down this infectious virus.

COVID-19 Pandemic Update and Sunny Rain HouseKeepers Position

As the concern over Coronavirus (COVID-19) grows within the UK and beyond, the team at Sunny Rain HouseKeepers would like to assure our clients of our current position.

We have implemented contingencies in response to the epidemic and we are reviewing them continuously.

We have been affected by COVID-19 in terms of cleaning staff levels but that’s it.

To date, one staff member has had to self-isolate with her family for 14 days due to one of her children being sent home from school with a cough.

None of our house cleaning staff have shown symptoms of COVID-19 and our operations are continuing.

We are fully aware that people are advised and/or instructed to work from home and just so you know, our house cleaners have no issue with attending your property to carry out your house cleaning, as long as you do not have symptoms of coronavirus or are self-isolating.

If you do develop symptoms, contact NHS 111 online . Only call 111 if you cannot get help online as they are extremely busy. You will have to be patient for them to answer.

Do not go to a doctor’s surgery, hospital or chemist . Please also let us know when you are able to.

The NHS advises to stay at home if you have either:

a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

Check if you have coronavirus symptoms .

We will not be charging any short notice cancellation fees due to the coronavirus.

View the measures we have put in place during the COVID-19 virus to try and ensure your and our staff members safety. And remember to wash your hands often.

During this COVID-19 pandemic, we will keep you updated via our blog and Facebook page so please check one of them at least once per day at a time that suits you. Ideally, at the same time each day.

Amid the developing coronavirus situation and the uncertainty around what the full impact of Coronavirus may be to the UK, I wanted to take the time to reassure you of the actions we are taking at Sunny Rain HouseKeepers, as a responsible quality house cleaner at this critical time.

The health of both our clients and our team members is our biggest priority. We are closely following the advice of the Government and Public Health England and have introduced a variety of measures to minimise the impact this may have on your health by making your home a safer place. We are also taking extra precautions for our own health and to minimise any cross-contamination.

We know that in times like these, it’s more important than ever that you have a home that is sanitised and are able to access the essential groceries you need.

Because of this, we have made some changes to our cleaning procedures and will collect any groceries you may need if you are unable to go out yourself.

Groceries and medication: - We already offer local grocery shopping to clients and during the COVID-19 situation, we are extending this service in case you are unable to leave your home. All you have to do is call 01708 748 757 and place your request or send us a message . This is normally included into contracted time but where possible, we will endeavour to factor in shopping as we pass supermarkets or put a request out on Time FM , with the aim of keeping the cost to you at a minimum if any cost at all.

Cleaning procedures: - How we clean changes with immediate effect and you may notice different smells than usual after we have cleaned. Your home will still be left fresh but most importantly, it will be sanitised more deeply in strategic areas to reduce your chances of catching coronavirus from any potentially contaminated areas of your home.

As always, cleaning materials used are sanitised and disinfected before use and we do not use dirty cloths’ or equipment from one home to another.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and follow the direction given by the government and Public Health England, taking whatever action is necessary to protect our staff and clients.

Please note: Although Public Health England currently advise that the virus is not able to survive long on certain types of objects, we believe that because of the uncertainty of what we are actually facing, exercising caution and following the above methods is the best practice at this time. We will continually assess the situation and make changes to our procedures where necessary.

Face masks

Staff will use face masks while spaying certain chemicals, which should usually be done anyway. This method is used to reduce chemicals inhaled, helping to protect the lungs, which is where COVID-19 attacks. Staff will ventilate the area being sprayed and close doors, where possible.

Hand cleaning during the COVID-19 virus

Staff will, as instructed;

 sanitise their hands with soap and water often for at least 40-60 seconds each time

 sanitise their hands when arriving at a client’s home and just before leaving.

 use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water is not available. This will be done for at least 20-30 seconds

 cover their mouth and nose with a tissue or their elbow crease (not their hands) when coughing or sneezing

 put used tissues in a white bag immediately and sanitise their hands afterwards

 try to avoid close contact with people, especially those who are unwell

Staff should not, as instructed;

 touch their eyes, nose or mouth if their hands are not clean

House cleaning tips for pet owners

Owning a pet is a wonderful thing, but it can also leave your home less than clean! From clever hacks using vinegar and lint rollers to preventing mess in the first place by keeping your pet busy with DIY hamster toys and cat scratching posts, here are our top five house cleaning tips for pet owners.

1. Keep soft furnishings clean with a lint roller

Lint rollers aren’t just useful for getting little specks of fluff off your clothes – they’re also ideal for clearing up animal hair and fur from your sofas/cushions/armchairs/etc. This is a quick and simple way to pick up small bits of fur.

For more regular cleaning of the sofa and other soft furnishings, you’ll find a handheld vacuum cleaner is a handy tool. Your machine might even have an attachment that converts it into a handheld device. You can then use your lint roller straight after vacuuming, to pick up any stray hairs.

2. Use vinegar to lift smells and stains

Chances are your pet will have an accident on your carpet at least once, and it can be tricky to get those stains and smells out using regular cleaning methods. A pro tip is to try white vinegar. Put it in a spray bottle mixed with water, and evenly spritz the stain (without soaking it). Don’t rub – simply leave it to fully dry, and the odour should vanish.

As with any new cleaning method, check your homemade cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area first, to make sure it reacts well with your carpet. Avoid using vinegar on wool carpets, delicate materials, silk and natural fibres.

3. Clean up at the door

Prevention is better than cure when it comes to carpets. Dog owners will find it much easier to keep the home clean when they deal with the dirt from a muddy walk at the door. You don’t want to be scrubbing mud off your pristine carpets!

Instead, set up a cleaning station right by the front or back door – whichever one you use to bring your dog in from walkies. Keep a shallow dish of water, a towel and some kitchen paper on the mat, and you can wipe your dog’s paws straight away.

4. Keep them busy

When your pets are at home on their own, they can get bored. And when they get bored, they can get up to mischief and make a mess. Cats are more likely to scratch furniture, dogs are more likely to knock the bin over for a rummage, and small rodents are more likely to kick sawdust all over the place. You’ll likely have to clean more if your pet is bored.

That’s just one reason why it’s important to give your pet lots of opportunity for stimulation when you’re not there. It’s also really important for their emotional and psychological wellbeing , and for their physical health too. Give your pet DIY hamster toys, scratching posts, treat balls etc. to keep them occupied and happy – and to keep your home tidier!

5. Change litter regularly

Cat litter trays can create an unpleasant odour in the home, even when you think you’re keeping on top of it. Rather than empty it out every couple of days, litter should be cleared on a daily basis. In fact, clumping litters need to be scooped out at least twice daily to remove lumps.

Replace the entire contents at least on a weekly basis, and give the tray a deep clean with hot water and a mild detergent (avoid compound disinfectants, as they’re toxic to cats).

Once they decided to enter, their only aim was to achieve a modest finalists spot but once they attended a free workshop provided by Havering Councils Economic Development, presented by Business Development Officer Sarah Moss, they soon wanted to win the New Business of the Year 2016 title.

‘We learnt a hell of a lot at the workshop and it made us completely re-write our original entry we had prepared.’ Cassie stated.

They had originally booked an earlier workshop but due to the amount of house cleaning that needed seeing to that day and a one off clean, they had to re-book for the later workshop. This was obviously meant to be, as during the Havering workshop they attended, they met two nice businesses, both of who made it as a finalist with one in their category for New Business of the Year.

They have a little time to wait to find out who will win the Havering New Business of the Year 2016 in October but they are confident the title is theirs. Domestic Cleaning on the Sims4 and is it Really Needed?

The Sims4, Do they really Do Domestic Cleaning? And Does it Make Much Difference in The Game Play?

In the sims4, I make my Sims do domestic cleaning, as I hate mess in my home and the same goes with my Sims home. But when I tell them to do the domestic cleaning like clean up after dinner, they always seem to leave plates behind or collect them in a pile and leave them in the middle of the floor. Sometimes I don’t see them do this and wonder why my Sim is uncomfortable because the plate starts to smell, and they still leave it smelling rather than cleaning it up!

Can you imagine leaving stale food for that long and not cleaning it up? It would make you feel sick and you would end up with cockroaches in the kitchen.

In the Sims2, if you left mouldy food, the cockroaches did come and you could get your Sim to stomp on them if you didn’t get the exterminator out. The cockroaches used to be outside as well, if you left the rubbish on the pavement or in the garden.

So you used to have to do domestic cleaning to an extent in the Sims2 or you would get ill from the bugs. Now on the Sims4 you can leave the rubbish on the pavement or in the garden and it turns to a trash plant, which you can cook and eat! Yuk!

The world would look prettier if all the rubbish that people dropped turned into trash plants, but unfortunately this don’t happen and cleaning up your garden can be a hassle right, as most of the time it ends up not being your rubbish. On the Sims4, the kitchen appliances break more than what they need cleaning. Although domestic cleaning can be hard, I would rather do domestic cleaning than try and fix electoral appliances.

In the Sims4 they can get electrocuted when trying to fix these appliances, which would properly happen to me in real life. The Sims don’t even have a washing machine. Can you imagine not having to do your washing and putting it away? How much cheaper would your electric bill be and extra free time you would have? I know the money I saved from the electric bill would still go to the electric company as with all that extra free time, I would be playing the Sims4.

With hardly any domestic cleaning in the Sims4, you can still get your Sim to hire a domestic cleaning service. This cleaning service charges 40 simollions plus 10 simoillions an hour. So if you wanted a Sim cleaner for your Sims house it would cost you over 50simoillions each time. Then as there is not much cleaning and tiding to do they stand around and chat to your Sim, which is good if your Sims social is low but when they leave they still charge you for how long you have been talking to them. What a cheek!

Spring cleaning before Christmas can be very satisfying

Who does spring cleaning before Christmas? I can bet most people don’t think to have a spring clean at the start of this festive Christmas season. After all, it’s not spring cleaning time and most people will just clean after Christmas, as after party cleaning is a definite. Does this seem like something you forget every year? But I bet you don’t forget your oven cleaning.

Spring cleaning before Christmas can be very satisfying. Here are a few reasons why spring cleaning is worth doing before Christmas.

Did you know that tinsel, as well as other decorations hold a lot of dust, so if you don’t dust before you put the tinsel and other decorations up, you are more likely to find cobwebs as well as extra dust. Yuk!

Internal windows are also good to clean before Christmas. Here at Sunny Rain HouseKeepers, we have a lot of customers that ask for regular internal window cleaning at Christmas and throughout the year, which includes a wash and wipe of the frames. So you can put the window decorations on a clean and sparkly window and sill. We all love to look through windows, especially at Christmas time. This is mainly to see other people’s decorations of course, so with an inertial window clean, they will see just how clean your windows are.

A good home clean up, before Christmas is a good idea, especially if you have to move furniture around to fit your Christmas tree and presents in.

Cheap Office Cleaning

Being a cleaner does not make anyone less of a human!

I was chatting the other day about cheap office cleaning so decided to write a post about it to get it off my chest.

Cheap office cleaning. Is it effective? Is it reliable? Is it worth what you pay?

Over the years, I have come into contact with many cheap office cleaners and even worked for a cheap office cleaning service.
Just to make something clear here, the cheap office cleaning service company i worked for did not provide a service I would pay for myself. It was some years ago but being paid £3 per hour certainly didn’t fill me with enthusiasm for the job!

Moving back to cheap office cleaners, those who I have come in to contact with throughout my various roles have not all been bad. Many where very polite and friendly but I was not their contractor or employer.
Speaking to cheap office cleaners taught me certain things both to do with office cleaning and ideas on providing an office cleaning service, but it taught me more about service itself.

You see, the cheap office cleaning staff I mentioned were nice and polite to me (or at least most of them) but when watching and hearing them communicate with either their contractors or employers, they had a different attitude. They were not happy working for an employer who apparently provided a cheap office cleaning service and they certainly were not one bit thrilled to be seen as a cheap office cleaner by a contracting company.

Their reason for being so unhappy in their office cleaning work when it came to their employers was that they felt undervalued and undermined.
They got spoken down to by most people they came in to contact with during carrying out their office cleaning duties, if not ignored.
It’s no wonder most cheap office cleaning services have quality issues and high staff turnover.
But back to their staff. Why did they feel so unappreciated?

It wasn’t just the rudeness from the majority of the office workers they encountered during cleaning, nor was it being bossed around by their employer, supervisor or contractor. And the cleaning supervisors normally didn’t even carry out any cleaning.
Their upset came from knowing that they worked for a cleaning service company that charged a hell of a lot more than they got paid and in some cases, triple and more!
Their upset also came from the company who hired the cheap office cleaning service, knowing full well that they could afford to pay an office cleaning company more than they did.
These greedy contracting companies have their part to play in sorting out cheap office cleaners and helping to encourage more respect for office cleaners.

I don’t believe people should be treated unfairly or discriminated against because of their job type but it does happen all the time and as long as people and companies are out for greed rather than just turning a profit, cheap office cleaning service companies will continue to exist. And those poor people who get treated like a dirty rag continue to work more than one job just to try and survive.

Being a cleaner does not make anyone less of a human!
